Utilização de marcadores moleculares RAPD e EST's SSR para estudo da variabilidade genética em cana-de-açúcar¹

Abstract: RESUMO -Marcadores moleculares dos tipos RAPD e EST's SSR foram utilizados como ferramentas para avaliar a variabilidade bem como estimar a divergência genética entre variedades comerciais e clones de cana-de-açúcar oriundos via autofecundação.
