In this paper, we will study the most important effects in the nano-scale resonator: the coupling effect of temperature and strain rate, and the non-Fourier effect in heat conduction. A solution for the generalized thermoelastic vibration of nano-resonator induced by thermal loading has been developed. The Young's modulus is taken as a linear function of the reference temperature. The effects of the thermal loading and the reference temperature in all the studied fields have been studied and represented in graphs with some comparisons. The Young's modulus makes significant effects on all the studied fields where the values of the temperature, the vibration of the deflection, stress, displacement, strain, stress-strain energy increase when the Young's modulus has taken to be variable.

In this article, the analysis and numerical results are represented for the thermoelastic of an isotropic homogeneous, thermally conducting, Kelvin-Voigt-type circular micro-plate in the context of Kirchhoff's Love plate theory of generalized viscothermoelasticity based on the dual-phase-lagging model. The governing equations are obtained for the generalized dual-phase-lagging model and coupled viscothermoelastic plates. The scaled viscothermoelasticity has been illustrated in the case of the circular plate and the axisymmetric circular plate for an aspect ratio for clamped boundary conditions. Laplace transform has been applied, and its inversions have been calculated numerically by using the Tzou method. The results have been carried out for the ceramic (Si 3 N 4 ). It is noted that the temperature increment and lateral deflection are significantly affected by the time, the width, the thickness, and the mechanical relaxation times of the material.

This paper deals with the modified Ohm's law, including the temperature gradient and charge density effects, and the generalized Fourier's law, including the present current density impact, the problem of conveyance of thermal stresses and temperature in a generalized Magneto–Thermo-Viscoelastic Solid Cylinder of radius L. The formulation is applied to the generalized thermoelasticity dependent on the Green-Naghdi (G-N II) hypothesis. The Laplace change system is utilized to solve the problem. At last, the outcomes got are introduced graphically to show the impact of Magnetic Field and time and on the field variables.
