Acute hepatotoxicity of Crotalus durissus terrificus (South American rattlesnake) venom in rats

Abstract: Venom of the South American rattlesnake, Crotalus durissus terrificus (Cdt), presents myotoxic and neurotoxic outcomes, but reports on its effects on the liver are scarce.
