Indo além do economizing: o papel das redes sociais na apropriação de valor em relações cooperativas

Abstract: Este trabalho, de natureza teórica, investiga o papel das redes sociais para a compreensão da apropriação do valor em relações cooperativas. A perspectiva da governança (WILLIAMSON, 1985, 1996) adota um cenário composto por agentes atomizados para explicar a estratégia.
