Dirección escolar y liderazgo pedagógico: un análisis de contenido del discurso de los directores de centros educativos en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía (España)

Abstract: ResumenInvestigaciones de índole nacional e internacional resaltan la mejora de los resultados de aprendizaje del alumnado cuando, entre otros aspectos, la asesoría y el grado de autonomía en lo pedagógico de la dirección escolar es real.
