Metabolic investigation of patients with staghorn calculus: is it necessary?

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the prevalence of metabolic disorders in patients with staghorn calculi treated at the Regional Center of Lithiasis Metabolic Studies in central region of São Paulo State, Brazil.
