Treinamento esfincteriano precoce: prevalência, características materna da criança e fatores associados numa coorte de nascimentos

Abstract: OBJETIVOS: avaliar a prevalência de crianças sem fraldas, a idade de início do treinamento esfincteriano e a expectativa materna em relação à aquisição deste controle numa coorte de nascimentos. MÉTODOS: todas as crianças nascidas em 2004 em Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, foram incluídas em um estudo longitudinal.
