Abstract: A leucoplasia pilosa oral (LPO) é uma das manifestações orais mais comuns na AIDS, com valor diagnóstico e prognós-tico. A LPO está relacionada ao Epstein-Barr vírus (EBV), com características clínicas e histopatológicas definidas.
