Características de carcaça de bovinos Nelore e Caracu selecionados para peso aos 378 dias de idade recebendo alimentação restrita ou à vontade

Abstract: RESUMO -Avaliaram-se as características de carcaça de bovinos machos não-castrados de três grupos genéticos submetidos a dois planos de alimentação, em confinamento. Utilizaram-se 56 bovinos com idade média de 18 meses.
