Postmenopausal intestinal obstructive endometriosis: case report and review of the literature

Abstract: CONTEXT: Endometriosis is characterized by the presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity, which is commonly detected in gynecological practice but rarely reported as a coloproctological disorder.
