Avaliação do impacto de centros de lactação sobre padrões de amamentação, morbidade e situação nutricional: um estudo de coorte

Abstract: JUSTIFICATIVA: A OMS financiou a criação de centros de lactação em Guarujá, São Paulo, e solicitou uma avaliação de seu impacto sobre os padrões de amamentação, morbidade e situação nutricional infantis. OBJETIVOS: medir a prevalência de amamentação, a morbidade e a situação nutricional de um grupo de crianças, em que algumas haviam freqüentado centros de lactação e outras não.
