Abstract: As empresas familiares de pequeno porte apresentam uma série de peculiaridades e desafios, em especial na administração de recursos humanos. Este caso descreve uma situação real de uma empresa, Restaurante Sabor de Casa, que retrata as relações entre fundador e sucessor e suas conseqüências nas políticas e práticas de recursos humanos.
