A análise de agrupamentos como instrumento de apoio à melhoria da qualidade dos serviços aos clientes

Abstract: Este artigo trata da aplicação da análise de agrupamentos, como instrumento para agregar produtos-chaves da empresa com características similares, para priorizar a qualidade de serviços aos clientes.
