“…The difference in principle between the three sectors of the economy is presented as follows: the Market is governed by the pursuit of profit, with all its actions guided by this principle; the State is governed by the rule, the bureaucracy, which seeks to follow the bureaucratic principle of Legality, Impersonality, Morality, Publicity, and Efficiency [66]; whereas for the Third Sector, the principle that governs it is orientation by the absolute value of the action, by the logic of the cause [65,67].
