Fatores que afetam o consumo alimentar e a nutrição do idoso

Abstract: Os fatores que afetam o consumo alimentar das pessoas idosas são reconhecidos como de risco para o desenvolvimento da má nutrição. Este artigo busca fazer uma revisão abrangente sobre esses fatores, procurando também elucidar as condições de nutrição dos idosos brasileiros.
