Avaliação dos trabalhadores acerca de um programa de qualidade de vida no trabalho: validação de escala e análise qualitativa

Abstract: A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar a percepção dos gestores, servidores e estagiários acerca das ações do Programa de Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (PQVT) de um órgão público. Para tanto, foram realizados três estudos, sendo um quantitativo e dois qualitativos.
