Abstract: O interesse da Psicologia pelo estudo da criatividade é relativamente recente. Nas primeiras décadas após a fundação do laboratório de Wundt, na Alemanha, marco do início da Psicologia como ciência, predominou um interesse pela investigação de processos relativamente menos complexos, como sensação, percepção e motivação.
