Acute disseminated paracoccidioidomycosis in a 3 year-old child

Abstract: Clinical cases involving paracoccidioidomycosis in children, diagnosed in Mato Grosso State, in the central western region of Brazil, are rare despite the state being classified with a moderate to high incidence.
