RESUMOO objetivo deste artigo é relatar a experiência dos modos de condução da entrevista na produção de dados em pesquisa fenomenológica. O estudo proposto trata de um relato de experiência de uma investigação fenomenológica na qual as pesquisadoras apresentam sua experiência com crianças, tendo como suporte a entrevista como encontro existencial. Para tanto, descrevem-se os modos de condução da entrevista em suas dimensões ôntica e ontológica. A ôntica se refere aos fatos relacionados à entrevista, presentes no pesquisador, no sujeito pesquisado e no ambiente, tanto no seu planejamento quanto no seu desenvolvimento. A ontológica é fundada na empatia e intersubjetividade. A entrevista possibilita o acesso a estruturas significantes para a compreensão do ser, de modo a construir possibilidades investigativas / assistenciais que permitam desvelar o ser do humano. Descritores: Entrevista; Coleta de Dados; Pesquisa Qualitativa. ABSTRACTThis paper aimed to report the experience of driving modes of an interview on data production in phenomenological research. The proposed study is an experience report of a phenomenological investigation in which the researchers present their experience with children, considering the interview as an existential encounter. It describes ways of conducting the interview in its ontic and ontological dimensions. The ontic dimension refers to the facts related to the interview, presented in the researcher, in the researched subject and in the environment; both in its planning and its development. The ontological dimension is based on empathy and intersubjectivity. The interview enables the access to meaningful structures to comprehend the being, as a way of building investigative/assistance possibilities that enable to reveal the being of the human. Key words: Interview; Data Collection; Qualitative Research. RESUMENEl objetivo del presente artículo es informar la experiencia de los modos de conducción de la entrevista en la producción de datos en investigación fenomenológica. El estudio propuesto es un relato de experiencia de una investigación fenomenológica en que las investigadoras presentan su experiencia con los niños, apoyada por la entrevista como encuentro existencial. Describe los modos de conducción de la entrevista en sus dimensiones óntica y ontológica. La óntica se refiere a los hechos relacionados a la entrevista, presente en el investigador, en el sujeto investigado y en el ambiente, tanto en su planeamiento cuanto en su desarrollo. La dimensión ontológica se basa en la empatía y la intersubjetividad. La entrevista posibilita el acceso a estructuras significantes para la comprensión del ser, de modo a construir posibilidades investigador/asistenciales que permiten desvelar el ser del humano.

RESUMO O processo de articulação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial é um desafio diário vinculado à assistência integral à saúde e a estigmas sobre transtornos mentais, sendo necessário repensar estratégias que intensifiquem a articulação de maneira inclusiva, garantindo acesso a toda a população. Este artigo descreve uma pesquisa de intervenção de abordagem qualitativa, utilizando Oficinas como método de Educação Permanente em Saúde, apresentando os agentes comunitários de saúde como público-alvo. O objetivo deste estudo foi possibilitar a intervenção, a implementação e a análise dessa metodologia, com o intuito de promover um espaço de troca, criação coletiva e transformação da prática na produção diária de saúde entre profissionais e usuários com transtornos mentais, pensando sobre o fortalecimento do papel na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial segundo a Reforma Psiquiátrica. Esta pesquisa promoveu encontros com atividades reflexivas e aprendizagem inventiva que permitiram a ‘construção conjunta’, partindo de problemas identificados no cotidiano e construindo juntos a solução comum. Ao construir a solução, este estudo fortaleceu o relacionamento entre as equipes de atendimento da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial, incentivando esses profissionais a serem uma extensão do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial no território.
