A subjetividade como anomalia: contribuições epistemológicas para a crítica do modelo biomédico

Abstract: Este artigo tem como proposta estabelecer uma discussão sobre a biomedicina trazendo à tona uma reflexão sobre o lugar que os fenômenos subjetivos relacionados ao adoecimento ocupam nesse modelo. Utilizaremos como principal instrumento de análise a epistemologia, com destaque especial a Thomas Kuhn e às noções de "paradigma e anomalia", e à contribuição de Ludwick Fleck com os conceitos de "exceções das teorias e a tendência à persistência nos sistemas de idéias".
