Contribuição dos sistemas de gestão de Carlos Matus para uma gestão comunicativa

Abstract: O artigo discute as contribuições dos sistemas de gestão matusianos para as organizações de saúde, tendo como pano de fundo a interpretação do referencial do Agir Comunicativo de Habermas e sua conseqüente passagem para o plano das organizações de saúde. Defende que as instâncias de decisão e operação das organizações de saúde incorporem o referencial teórico-metodológico matusiano, e haja maior integração e comunicação intra e interunidades para a ação dialógica, o que demandará coordenação da ação acordada. … Show more
