Abstract: Selection of Agroindustrial By-Products as Components of Media Used for Production of Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki Berliner ABSTRACT-The spore production "in vitro" of 43 combinations of agroindustrial by-products (cheese whey, silkworm flour, soybean protein and foder yeast) was evaluated. All media tested showed to be suitable for Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki Berliner production and the concentration of spores obtained in these media varied from 10 6 to 10 9 spores/ml.
