The analysis of the contractualization between Anvisa and the Health Ministry indicated the importance of the phase referred to as 'legitimation in relation to the productive sector' (2001)(2002)(2003)(2004), with emphasis on 'satisfaction of the direct clients' , the kernel of which is in the reduction of the period of analysis for serving the demands of the productive sector 28 , and not necessarily to the benefit of public health interests.…”
