Abstract: This article discusses the process of subjectivation in the labor and care process, and refers to the idea of subjectivity in Spinoza. The worker operates in freedom if he manages to control affectus, thus opening himself up to creative work. If one acts captured by capitalistic, moral or scientific lines, one acts according to these logics, and therefore in servitude.
