Dificuldades vivenciadas pela equipe multiprofissional na unidade de terapia intensiva

Abstract: This interpretative case study aimed to identify the difficulties experienced by the patient care team while working at the Intensive Care Unit. Data were collected through participant observation and semistructured interviews with doctors, nurses and nurse's aides.
