Percepção dos enfermeiros sobre o processo de ensino-aprendizagem da liderança

Abstract: Este estudo objetivou conhecer a percepção dos enfermeiros sobre o processo de ensino-aprendizagem da liderança durante o curso de graduação. A pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva, adotou o estudo de caso como estratégia de investigação.
