Práticas de cuidado na perspectiva interdisciplinar: um caminho promissor

Abstract

Estudo exploratório descritivo, de natureza qualitativa, apoiado no materialismo histórico dialético e na perspectiva da complexidade. Foi desenvolvido com profissionais e usuários de duas equipes interdisciplinares de saúde em dois hospitais do Sul do Brasil, tendo como objetivo conhecer, na organização do trabalho das equipes, as experiências que potencializam os cuidados de saúde na perspectiva da integralidade e do agir interdisciplinar. Utilizou-se a triangulação na coleta e análise dos dados obtidos por entrevistas, estudo documental e observação sistemática entre agosto de 2005 a maio de 2006. A análise de conteúdo orientou a organização dos dados. Os resultados mostraram que práticas de planejamento coletivo, de reuniões sistemáticas de equipe e com familiares/usuários contribuem para a integralidade do cuidado em saúde, para a educação permanente e para a satisfação no trabalho. Conclui-se que a perspectiva interdisciplinar em saúde é um caminho promissor para melhoria da qualidade do cuidar em saúde.
