RESUMO: Este texto busca refletir sobre as demandas por "cidadania LGBT" (lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis e transexuais) no Brasil durante a gestão federal do Partido dos Trabalhadores (PT). Além disso, o mesmo propõe a ampliação dessa compreensão de cidadania agenciada na arena pública pelo ativismoLGBT a partir do que denominamos "crítica lesbofálica" à concepção hegemônica de cidadania. Exercer nossa crítica lesbofálica é desterritorializar a cena nos jogos de poder que incidem sobre esfera pública. A memória do governo Lula enquanto "pioneiro" na propositura de ações à população LGBT se contrasta ao período da gestão Dilma Rousseff na presidência da República. Nesse contexto, observou-se que o termo "tripé da cidadania LGBT" circulou com centralidade nas negociações entre a militância e o poder público.Esse tripé consistiria na existência de um plano de política pública LGBT, um órgão para gestão da políticaLGBT e um conselho para o monitoramento das ações dessa política. A relação entre Estado e sociedade civil, no que tange as demandas LGBT nesse período recortado, vão tergiversar entre ambivalência do "desejo" da existência desse tripé, ainda que nos moldes "para inglês ver", e o impasse nas negociações com grupos religiosos, também integrantes da base de conciliação do governo PT, frente as pautas prioritárias do segmento. Evidencia-se que os discursos do governo e do ativismo se alteram circunstancialmente em relação a essa dinâmica ambígua e contraditória, ora na acusação e ora na defesa do governo (pelo ativismo) e das pautas do movimento (pela gestão PT)..

Moreover, it proposes the extension of this understanding of citizenship organized in the public arena by LGBT activism from what we call "hegemonic criticism" the hegemonic conception of citizenship.
