A massa fresca dos calos obtida foi inversamente proporcional ao aumento da concentração de potássio fornecida às plantas matrizes; sugerindo que a alta concentração de potássio nos tecidos foliares pode estar interferindo na absorção e disponibilidade de cálcio ou de magnésio interferindo na calogênese e/ou no crescimento dos calos (BORGATTO et al, 2002).…”
