“…Variation in susceptibility in vegetatively propagated clones of interspecific hybrids is well known. Over the past 50 years, the bulk of the research on this disease on Eucalyptus has focused on screening for resistant/tolerant material ( Gan et al, 2004 ; Li et al, 2007 ; Wang et al, 2011 ; Marques et al, 2013 ; Fonseca et al, 2016 ). Identifying this material and deploying it in plantations is an obvious solution to managing bacterial wilt.…”
