Abstract: A Tetralogia de Fallot é uma moléstia cardíaca congênita caracterizada pela presença de hipoxemia provocada principalmente pela estenose pulmonar e defeito septal interventricular, exteriorizada pelo animal com o quadro de cianose. Atualmente, tem-se vários métodos de diagnóstico de grande precisão, na determinação de tal afecção.
