Abstract: INTRODUÇÃO: O corticosteroide inalatório (CI) é o principal medicamento utilizado no tratamento profilático e de manutencão da asma. Graças à superdosagem ou ao uso prolongado dos CIs podem surgir efeitos colaterais como a redução do crescimento ósseo, supressão adrenal e miopatia.
