The healthy food represents a significant theme for health of the individuals and is every time spread and investigated, so much in Brazil I eat abroad. In this sense, the study consisted of a deepening and understanding more contextualized on the behavior of consumption of the consumers of the class C, his habits in front of products and foods, as well as if healthy food is inserted in this context. In order that the proposed objective was reached, references were looked on subject through books and other academic studies that have had relation with the subject, when there used the application of a qualitative inquiry, based on the method of the itineraries, looking for one. The results point to a general apparent preoccupation of the consumers of the class C on his food, what habits have been looking to minimize the impact of his respected choices you were not greeting, caused most times by the lack of time and of the limited available income, doing I use more vegetables and greens, besides introducing, as even as in modest form, products and integral and organic foods.
