Abstract: Objective:To translate and establish the cross-cultural validation of the "Nursing Work Index -Revised" into Brazilian Portuguese. Methods: Internationally recommended methodological procedures were followed strictly: Translation, back-translation, cross-cultural validation by an expert panel, and pre-test of the instrument.
