Leiomiossarcoma de retroperitônio: relato de caso

Abstract: Os autores relatam um caso de leiomiossarcoma de retroperitônio, provavelmente originário da parede da veia cava inferior, em que foram realizados numerosos exames por imagem, com resultados contraditórios e conduta cirúrgica muito retardada.
