Abstract: Recentemente, muitos estudos têm apontado para uma mudança de poder global favorável aos BRICs (Brasil, Rússia, Índia e China) e a outras potências emergentes (GOLDMAN SACHS, 2007;ANTKEIWICZ, 2008; MAHBUBANI, 2008).
