Abstract: ResumoO envelhecimento é definido como um processo multidimensional (Baltes & Baltes, 1990). Rowe e Kahn (1998) apresentam três indicadores de envelhecimento saudável: baixo risco de doenças e de incapacidades funcionais; funcionamento mental e físico excelentes; e envolvimento ativo com a vida.
