A notação escrita na resolução de problemas por crianças pré-escolares

Abstract: O estudo investigou como crianças de 4 a 6 anos resolvem problemas de subtração usando a notação escrita. Trinta crianças nas séries de Alfabetização, Jardim II e Jardim I foram solicitadas a resolverem quatro problemas (dois do tipo mudança e dois de comparação), envolvendo pares numéricos maiores e menores que dez.
