Mortalidade de mulheres em idade fértil devido a causas externas no Município de Cascavel, Paraná, Brasil, 1991 a 2000

Abstract: Causas externas constituem-se na principal causa de óbito em mulheres de 15 a 35 anos no Brasil. Com o objetivo de contribuir para o conhecimento sobre a mortalidade por causas externas, realizou-se o presente estudo. O estudo foi descritivo de base populacional, incluindo todas as 869 Declarações de Óbitos de mulheres com idade de 10 a 49 anos, residentes no Município de Cascavel, Paraná, ocorridos entre 1991 e 2000.
