Objective: To understand the daily demands of Family Health Strategy in clinical practice of the team and social vulnerabilities of community territory. Method: Research with qualitative approach, in a critical-refl exive perspective, held with two teams of the Family Health Strategy, in the city of Fortaleza, State of Ceará, Brazil. The participants were 22 users and 19 health professionals from the basic health network. Data from the interviews and observation were analyzed under the assumptions of critical hermeneutics. Results: We highlight the unveiling of sufferings and daily clashes, the infl uence of social determinants on health and psychosocial demands, limits and possibilities of everyday clinical practice. Conclusion: The clinic attention must recognize the perceptions and living conditions by listening and promoting health in the community. RESUMO Objetivo:Compreender as demandas cotidianas da Estratégia Saúde da Família na prática clínica da equipe e as vulnerabilidades sociais do território comunitário. Método: Pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa, numa perspectiva crítico-refl exiva, realizada com duas equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família, no município de Fortaleza, Estado do Ceará, Brasil. Os participantes foram 22 usuários e 19 profi ssionais de saúde da rede básica de saúde. Os dados das entrevistas e observação foram analisados sob os pressupostos da hermenêutica crítica. Resultados: Evidenciam-se o desvelamento de sofrimentos e enfrentamentos cotidianos, a infl uência dos determinantes sociais na saúde e as demandas psicossociais, limites e possibilidades da prática clínica cotidiana. Conclusão: Considera-se que a atenção clínica deve reconhecer as percepções e condições de vida pela escuta e ações de promoção de saúde na comunidade. Given the growth the oil industry faced in contemporary Brazil and, since the Environmental Education is a compensatory measure in the federal environmental licensing, the aims of the present article are: i) mapping the publications on "environmental vulnerability"; ii) checking on the incorporation of such concept into the institutional and legal environmental education (EE) framework in oil licensing iii) understanding how the mentioned concept is used by economic agents in Macaé city. The methodology consisted of a participant observation approach used during the implementation of an EA program in Macae between 2012 and 2014, as well as of literature review, data collection in the legislation on EA in oil licensing and in technical documents produced by economic agents. Despite the advancement of academic discussions about the "environmental vulnerability" concept, we see the absence of clear criteria to define the social groups in vulnerability situations in educational activities concerning the environmental licensing.

“…Apesar das limitações metodológicas apontadas, este índice de vulnerabilidade socioambiental é um indicador bastante exigente, que representa bem as duas dimensões da vulnerabilidade socioambiental, trazendo avanços metodológicos em relação a trabalhos anteriores em que foi operacionalizado o conceito de vulnerabilidade socioambiental (ALVES, 2006;2009;ALVES et al, 2010;2011). Ressalta-se, ainda, que, ao se construir este índice de vulnerabilidade socioambiental, por meio de métodos de geoprocessamento e análise espacial, está sendo incorporado o espaço como uma dimensão analítica fundamental do presente estudo, e não apenas considerando o espaço uma mera representação dos dados censitários e ambientais.…”
