PCR Multiplex para detecção dos principais herpesvírus neurológicos de ruminantes

Abstract: RESUMODesenvolveu-se uma PCR multiplex (mPCR) para diagnóstico diferencial de encefalite bovina causada por herpesvírus suíno 1 (SuHV-1), herpesvírus bovino 1 (BoHV-1), herpesvírus bovino 5 (BoHV-5) e herpesvírus ovino 2 (OvHV-2).
