PCR multiplex para identificação de isolados de Clostridium chauvoei e Clostridium septicum

Abstract: RESUMOPadronizou-se uma técnica de reação em cadeia da polimerase múltipla (PCR multiplex) para detecção de Clostridium chauvoei e Clostridium septicum em culturas puras. Foram utilizados pares de iniciadores para segmentos específicos dos genes que codificam a flagelina de C. chauvoei e a toxina alfa de C. septicum.
