Abstract: insumos e cultivares em testeO feijão-vagem (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) pertence à família Fabaceae e caracteriza-se por ser colhido quando as sementes estão ainda imaturas (Filgueira, 1981). As sementes de feijão comum (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) são boas fontes de fibras alimentares, com aproximadamente 7% de fibra solúvel e 13% de fibra insolúvel (Hughes & Swanson, 1989).
