Fagocitose intensificada de Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis por células da série monócito-macrófago de caprinos naturalmente infectados pelo vírus da artrite encefalite

Abstract: Pesq. Vet. Bras. 32(12):1225-1229, dezembro 2012 1225 RESUMO.-A Artrite Encefalite Caprina (AEC) e a Linfadenite Caseosa (LC) possuem alta incidência e transmissibilidade em pequenos ruminantes. Como ambas possuem tropismo por monócitos-macrófagos e afetam mecanismos da resposta inata do hospedeiro, acredita-se que a AEC predispõe o animal a infecções por Corynebacteruim pseudo- Caprine arthritis encephalitis (CAE) and caseous lymphadenitis (CL) have high incidence and transmissibility in small ruminants. “…In this study, we investigated IL-2, IFN-γ, and TNF-α (Th1 type cytokines), IL-4 and IL-6 (Th2 type cytokines), and IL-17 (Th17 type cytokines) expressed in splenocytes of mice, and IgG Total for a humoral response, as well as isotypes IgG1 and IgG2a. When analyzing the production of cytokines by group, initially the group G3 showed production of TNF-α and IL-6, this cytokine stimulates the production of acute-phase proteins by hepatocytes and stimulates the production of neutrophils [ 31 – 34 ], as well as being associated with a decrease in the action of the cellular response [ 35 ]. In turn, TNF-α cytokines act by increasing vascular permeability allowing the passage of cells recruited from the innate immune response, in addition to promoting the activation of these cells.…”
