Esplenectomia laparoscópica

Abstract: OBJETIVO: O objetivo do presente estudo é avaliar a segurança e as complicações relacionadas à esplenectomia laparoscópica. MÉTODO: Análise retrospectiva dos pacientes submetidos à esplenectomia laparoscópica entre janeiro de 1998 e março de 2003. RESULTADOS: Trinta e cinco pacientes (22 mulheres e 13 homens) foram submetidos a esplenectomia laparoscópica.
