“…The electrochemical behavior of iron nitroprusside modified graphite paste electrode, already described in report recent, 17 exhibits two redox couples. The electrocatalysis of graphite paste electrode modified with Fe(II)NP for electro-oxidation of L-cys and N-acy in a 1.0 mol L -1 KCl solution is showed in Figures 1 and 2 that the electrochemical behavior of L-cysteine and Nacetylcysteine is similar.…”

“…Characterization and electrochemical behavior of Fe(II)NP have been recently reported. 17 In a second part of theses studies, we will describe the electrocatalytic properties of graphite paste electrode modified with iron nitroprusside as a mediator for oxidation of L-cysteine and N-acetylcysteine. These sulfhydryl compounds play very important role in living systems.…”

“…that has a low-ion mobility in relation to K ? [24]. The cyclic voltammograms of carbon paste electrode modified with TiPhCuHCF recorded in the presence of different anions indicated that the two redox processes are not strongly influenced by the nature of the anion (Cl -, NO 3 -, and SO 4 2-) (results not shown).…”

“…ion in the redox process, where the shift in potential is attributed to the change in the activity of these ions [25]. For the graphite paste electrode modified with TiPhCuHCF, the slope of this line was 53 mV per decade concentration of potassium ion concentrations, indicating a quasi Nernstian process [24]. Similar to the modified electrode with iron nitroprusside (Fe(II)NP) response where a quasi Nernstian behavior was an indication of the participation of potassium ions in the redox process.…”
