Viabilidade "in vitro" de grãos de pólen de bacurizeiro - Clusiaceae

Abstract: O bacurizeiro (Platonia insignis Mart.) Show more

“…The success of these methods depends on factors like the plant species and cultivar, plant nutritional status, season, time of the day, collection method, photoperiod, temperature, incubation period, and presence of micro and macronutrients in the culture medium (KAKANI et al, 2002;KAKANI et al, 2005;SOARES et al, 2008;CHAGAS et al, 2010;SINIMBÚ NETO et al, 2011). Several authors have used such methods to study pollen viability in maize (BARNABÁS et al, 1988;ALMEIDA et al, 2002;AYLOR, 2004, FERREIRA et al, 2007, DAVIDE et al, 2009.…”

“…It is recommended to test pollen viability before use (Einhardt, Correa, & Raseira, 2006). The success of in vitro germination depends on several factors such as plant species, plant nutritional status, time of year and time of collection, photoperiod, air temperature, collection method, incubation period and presence of micro and macronutrients in the culture medium (Soares et al, 2008), as well as adjustments of the culture medium composition for each species (Chagas, Pio, Chagas, Pasqual, & Bettiol Neto, 2010;Sinimbú Neto, Martins, & Barbosa, 2011).…”
