Abstract: A micropropagação possibilita a propagação massal e pode contribuir para atender à demanda de plantas-matrizes e mudas de qualidade genética e sanitária comprovadas de videira. Diferentes meios de cultura, acrescidos ou não de reguladores vegetais, tem sido usado com freqüência para auxiliar na indução de brotações.
