Qualidade dos frutos de tipos de melão,produzidos em ambiente protegido

Abstract: O interesse pela cultura do melão no Brasil tem aumentado muito nos últimos anos, pelas crescentes exportações e pelo incremento no consumo do mercado interno. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar as características físicas e químicas, assim como a atividade da pectinametilesterase dos frutos de tipos de melão (Cucumis melo L.), produzidos em ambiente protegido, no município de Centenário do Sul-PR.
