Firms need to identify their technology capability and change their productions through new reconfigurations and combinations of the existing potential capabilities with newly developed productions. Technology capability is a sophisticated, elusive, and vague concept that can be difficulty assessed. To accurately assess the technology capability, both the tangible and intangible parameters should be taken into account. The merit of employing the fuzzy set theory is to face with the vagueness and complexity imposed by the formulation process. As a result, this mathematical tool is broadly applied in wide-ranging fields. In this paper, a fuzzy-based model is developed for the renewable energy technology capability assessment to achieve clean energy generation. The logical outcomes demonstrated that the proposed model is a powerful technique for technology capability assessment in order to identify the coming opportunities, especially where there is a less or lack of information because of the complexity imposed by the ever-changing energy business world. The results show that the proposed model has a high potential for assessing the renewable energy technology capability of a firm in order to efficiently recognize the challenges related to investment in clean energy technologies.

In this article the single approach to standardization of the sites of the touristic destinations in Ukraine was offered as a means of implementation of the Internet-technologies on the local territorial level of the touristic area.It was proved that the rapid development of the innovation technologies led to the necessity to bring the touristic sites in compliance with the world standards (requirements). It should be implemented on the level of standardization of structure of the touristic sites. Such situation will lead to increase of the competitive ability of the touristic branch of Ukraine on the international market and distribution of the information about Ukraine in the global scales.The author forms the single approach to application of the certain group of technologies on the level of all destinations, which form the spatial framework of the innovative system of the touristic site in Ukraine.The implementation of the offered standardized structure allows touristic destination of Ukraine providing touristic product with assistance of the innovative technologies and enhances its competitive ability in the area of tourism. The integration to the systems of reservation of the basic services and social networks Facebook, and Twitter will promote to enhancement of the quantity of the foreign tourists in Ukraine.

Este artigo tem como objetivo principal propor modelo de identificação de trajetórias de acumulação de competências tecnológicas para empresas do setor de agenciamento de viagens e operações turísticas, e examinar o impacto dos processos de aprendizagem sobre estas trajetórias. Para atingir tal objetivo, buscou-se a literatura de inovação e aprendizagem tecnológica em organizações de países industrializados e em processo de industrialização. A maioria dos estudos que descrevem modelos de avaliação da capacidade inovadora e de aprendizagem tecnológica focaliza indústrias. Nesta literatura, escassas são as pesquisas que tratam do setor deagenciamento de viagens. A partir desta teoria, foram adaptadas duas estruturas para as empresas do setor de agências de viagens: a matriz de competências tecnológicas e a de análise de processos de aprendizagem. Com base nas evidências na literatura, verificou-se que: (1) o modelo proposto pode ser adequado para identificar a trajetória da acumulação de competências tecnológicas neste setor; (2) a combinação de diferentes mecanismos de aprendizagem pode impulsionar a evolução desta trajetória; e (3) além desta variedade de ações, a recorrência, o funcionamento e a interação entre os diferentes processos de aprendizagem potencializam a conversão do conhecimento do nível individual para sistemas e rotinas organizacionais, possibilitando um maior nível de competitividade para estas organizações. Propõe-se uma generalização analítica da metodologia do estudo para outras empresas do mesmo setor, a fim de ampliar as evidências de agências e operadoras, e contribuir para a prática de gestão destas organizações.
